We are planning on meeting on Friday, October 11 from 1pm to 3pm at the Stitch Cafe at 1408 E. Pine St. (that is half-way between 15th Ave and 14th Ave on Pine). They have coffee drinks and pastries. They sell yarn and have a big area upstairs with comfy chairs and padded bench to go with tables. You might want to bring a little light source as some areas are dimmer than others. Very nice and accommodating owners.
